Our light-duty 400 watt emergency lighting inverter provides emergency power for multiple emergency lighting fixtures throughout a facility or to an entire floor in larger buildings.
Emergency lighting inverters eliminate the hassle of buying and maintaining individual batteries for your emergency lights and exit signs. They operate at "full light" output milliseconds after an electrical blackout. This process is fully automatic and provides superior dependability over individual power sources.
Figuring out the lowest-cost inverter for a variety of emergency fixtures shouldn't be your job. Contact the lighting pros to take the technical burden off your shoulders! If you require a faster response, call us toll-free, 24/7 at 800-607-5355.
Our ELI-400 connects to several remote heads and emergency fixtures including led exit signs, electronic ballasts, dimming devices and emergency sensors. Applicable to fluorescent, CFL, incandescent, quartz, LED and other lighting heads.
Having just one stand-by inverter eliminates the need to perform monthly and yearly testing on multiple battery-powered units. The 400W emergency lighting inverter provides superior surge protection and prevents the lights from overloading. They have a modular design that allows for easy installation in an electrical closet or any convenient location.
The modular housing is constructed from die-cast aluminum with a grey powder coating finish that prevents corrosion. The ELI-400 looks similar to a fuse box and installs easily into any electrical closet.
There is no need to install a junction box; a universal keyhole pattern on the back of the cabinet will attach to any non-flammable wall surface. A 1/2" conduit knockout allows wires to pass through to the remote heads.
During normal operation, the emergency light inverter will trickle charge multiple lead calcium (AGM) battery cells, ensuring they are ready to go the minute a power failure occurs.
A Smart Battery Monitoring system monitors and regulates the battery temperatures, insuring maximum runtime and battery life. A microprocessor controls recharging of the batteries and prevents over-loads.
