Our medium-duty 700 watt emergency lighting inverters provide a far greater amount of emergency power to vital systems than inverter models in the 350-525 watt range. In an office high-rise they can be used to power all the emergency lights and exit signs on a single floor or the entire grid of a smaller 1-3 story facility.
Having one emergency lighting inverter will eliminate the need for buying and maintaining individual batteries for your emergency fixtures. They provide "full light" capability to all units just seconds after a power failure occurs.

Our ELI-700 connects to a variety of remote heads and emergency fixtures such as led exit signs, electronic ballasts, dimming devices and emergency sensors. They can easily accommodate fluorescent, CFL, incandescent, quartz, LED and other lighting heads.
Installing a single stand-by inverter eliminates the need to perform monthly and yearly testing on multiple battery-powered units. The 700W emergency lighting inverter provides advanced surge protection and prevents the connected heads from overloading.
The modular cabinet, built from robust die-cast aluminum, has a grey powder coating finish to protect against corrosion. The ELI-700 looks like any household fuse box and installs easily into an electrical closet without taking up much space.
These units are much too heavy to mount to a 4" j-box. Instead, a universal keyhole pattern on the back of the housing will install to most sturdy wall surfaces. A 1/2" knockout conduit on the back allows cables to pass through to your remote heads and signs.
When AC power is running, the emergency light inverter will constantly trickle charge multiple lead calcium (AGM) batteries, making sure they are ready to go the second a power failure occurs.
The Smart Battery Monitoring system keeps the battery temperatures at ideal levels, ensuring the longest runtime and battery life possible. A microprocessor monitors the recharging process and will prevent harmful over-loads.
