Our green led exit sign combo units are a great cost-saving device that combines an exit sign with emergency lighting capabilities. During normal business operation the fixture's 'exit' lettering will glow green at all hours. The powerful LED lights, however, will remain off.
When the power in your building goes out due to a blackout or natural disaster, the sign will stay lit and the lamps will come on, providing a lighted path in front of the exit sign as required by the IFC and IBC.

Application
The green exit sign combo can be employed in any facility where indoor exit signs and emergency lights are used. Since building codes require a lighted path along the exit route, you'll likely need to install both emergency units in the same place anyway, so why not combine the two?
The best part about exit sign combos is they will still met the UL and OSHA required 90-minute minimum runtime, even with the lights and LED strips running at the same time.
External Specifications
The GREEN-EX-COMBO is has an injection-molded thermoplastic housing that is highly flame retardant. It resembles a typical exit sign with two side-mounted, fully adjustable LED lamps protected by clear polycarbonate lens.
These signs are 'universal' because they come with two faceplates and both wall and ceiling mounting brackets. Buy the unit as is and it can be installed anywhere, in double or single-sided styles.
Internal Specification
Inside the plastic housing is the sign's circuit board, transformer and LED strip, which consumes only 5 watts of electricity at all times.
Emergency lighting is supplied by a 6-volt, 4.5 amp sealed lead acid battery (SLA) that will keep the exit sign and lights on for at least 90 minutes.
