Overview
The New York City Building Code sets very strict requirements for their exit signs and emergency lighting. Since these rules may be tricky to navigate, our factory has built custom New York City exit sign combos, which combine both emergency life-saving units into one.
These exit signs can be used in any building in any of the Five Boroughs of New York City.

Application
Widely used in our city's high rises, brownstones and museums, these exit sign combo units have a larger font, greater viewing distance and brighter lights than other combos on the market. They are only available with a red 'exit' LED strip, the only approved color in NYC.
External Specifications
The NYC-EX-COMBO is has a strong 20-gauge steel housing that is powder coated for the upmost protection against corrosion. The exit lettering is 8" high instead of the IBC's 6" minimum.
An enormous amount of light is produced by three top mounted 9-watt halogen lamps.
Internal Specification
Inside the combo's steel housing is the LED light strip, circuit board, transformer, AC lead lines and the sealed lead acid (SLA) battery.
SLA batteries charge in 24 hours and will keep the sign and lamp heads lit for at least 90 minutes following a power failure.
