They offer more protection than our plastic remote head but weigh almost the same, so your shipping cost will not be too expensive..
The die-cast aluminum housing can take a moderate pounding, and has a powder-coated finish to prevent corrosion. These damp location-rated remote lamps are a great way to supplement your emergency lighting or fix any jogs in the exit path.

Application
The AL-RH easily mounts to any non-flammable wall surface or ceiling. It is powered by an external battery source or emergency lighting fixture when a power failure occurs.
A 5" round aluminum base allows the remote heads attach to any standard 4" junction box. Universal knockout holes allow for firm installation to most hard points, and the round base can accommodate up to 3 lamps.
External Specifications
The AL-RH is constructed with die-cast aluminum that is powder coated with a standard off-white finish. Powder coating protects the aluminum from corrosion and is also available in gray or black.
It has a half-moon PAR36 lamps are fully adjustable by hand. Double and triple lamp configurations are available as well for added illumination.
Internal Specifications
A PAR36 sealed beam lamp is standard on most models. A reflective prismatic refractor behind the bulbs focuses and intensifies the light that is balanced by the polycarbonate lens.
Other lamp types are available upon request including b-pin halogen and wedge bas incandescent bulbs.
